Answer all of the questions to get a true assessment of your "Coachability".
Then score yourself, using the "How coachable are you" button at the bottom of the page.

In order for the magic of coaching to work you need to be at the place in life where you are coachable.
This test will help us both determine how coachable you are right now.

Each question is worth 1 to 4 points depending on your selection.
A higher score indicates your readiness for coaching.
