Prior to coaching I felt profoundly dissatisfied with my life. I was obsessed with my future and how I should change my life, but I didn't feel the freedom to pursue my options nor was I excited by the options I saw before me.

Through coaching I was able to identify my thoughts and feelings which hindered me from thinking creatively about my life and future.
It surprised me that we never really did talk about options of my future career. We talked about the emotional obstacles.

But once I had cleared a path through those, I found ideas, I found excitement and confidence and I found an ability to let go of the situation I was so unhappy with.

I feel coaching has helped me in every aspect of my life. Even my play time has become more fun.

Wendi brought a non-judgmental, nurturing sense to the table. More than once I felt I was really putting myself out on a limb and she always met me there, being very supportive and non-judgmental. I never felt alone in my experience through coaching.
Also, her intuition about my situations was almost always accurate and very helpful. Down to the last session, I felt that I had learned and grown from our conversations.
